This blog has absolutely nothing to do with anything relevant except for I am missing my Virginia!! And it is my sweetheart's birthday this weekend so I thought it was fitting to post some pics that our best friend's Seth and Sarah took for us for our engagements last August on the warm Virginia Beach. I love Nick so much and can't believe we have almost been married a year!! I am the luckiest girl in the world to have the most handsome sailor all to myself! He is my best friend and I love that we get closer every single day. Happy Birthday, I love you forever!!

first christmas tree!

This was the first year I have ever had a REAL christmas tree and it is officially Nick and I's first Christmas being married! I cant believe it's almost been a year! This first picture is our Christmas card for the year of Preslee posing. We think it captures Christmas spirit, especially with her facial expression.

Boy or Girl???

ITS A GIRL!!!!!!! We were so thrilled to get to see our little Reagan Elizabeth at 18 1/2 weeks on the screen. She already is stubborn, refusing to roll over from her belly so we could see her profile as the tech bounced the stick up and down on my belly (making me feel like I was going to ralph!). She was kicking away and my favorite part was to see her little mouth sucking. She is real! I cant wait to see her again and most of all, for her to come out! I want to see what color hair she has, her eyes, everything! I am already falling in love with our little girl.

Grandma's and Aunts of Reagan's are already hookin the girl up! We wont have to buy the child clothes all year at this rate!

Baby updates, Veterans Day, and an adventure

This is 13 weeks! :) I was about to work out- if you call trying out those preggo Kathy Smith videos working out... :) hahah At least it gave me a good laugh.

This is Preslee's second encounter with snow.... SHE LOVES IT! :) as she should.

Nick spoke at a Veteran's Day fireside for another wards young women and scouts. He gave the half smile here because he did NOT want to take ANOTHER pic. I won though.

Our Halloween dress up concert :) Nick was a 70's skiier by makeshift and i was a flapper. His moon boots were HILARIOUS. they matched the vest and I could NOT stop laughing when we were walking to the concert. We were basically the only people dressed up over the age of 5.

He took off the wig before we went into Cafe Rio... People came up to us and said... what are you guys supposed to be? I would tell them and they would just say "oh" and walk off hahah! No appreciation for creativity these days.
